Some Congressional testimony is available from the following on-line sources: --

GPO Access -- -- Congressional Record from 1994 to the present; -- Congressional Hearings from the 105th Congress (1997) forward.

The Underwood Law Library is currently the only SMU Library with subscription access to Lexis-Nexis' Congressional Universe product. Consequently, you may only search their Congressional testimony indexing from public PCs situated the Law Library complex.
